The metal railings have been identified as having a lead contained paint coating and should be removed accordingly. The building exterior should be wet-sandblasted to remove the existing finish and loose concrete. The concrete walls shall be reapaired and patched. Masonry infill shall be installed as required. The entire exterior facade shall receive a leveling coat prior to the application of an elestomeric waterproof finish. The Estimated Cost Range is between $100,000 and $250,000.
