The work includes but is not limited to furnishing all plant labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation, and services necessary to replace built up roofing with standing seam metal roofing at bldg 52- NDI Lab. All construction work as it appears in the construction documents shall be included in this project. Project requirements will be made available on or about 20 May 97. Approximate closing date is 20 Jun 97. This solicitation is issued as full and open competition. The applicable small business size standard for interested small business concerns, including their affiliates is not more than $7 million in average annual receipts for the preceding three years. The standard industrial classification code is 1761. All replies to this notice must be in writing. Magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. There will be a fee of $50.00 charged per set. Each set consists of one each solicitation, specifications, and drawings. Form of payment must be by cashier's check.No other form of payment will be accepted. Checks must be made payable to the Defense Accounting Office. Telephone requests will not be honored.
