DIGITAL MODULAR RADIO -- RELEASE OF DRAFT SPECIFICATION A draft specification for the Digital Modular Radio (previously synopsized 04 Nov 96, synopsis No. 3) is now available for review and comment. The draft specification can be viewed on the Worldwide Web at http://www.jmcoms.org. Other draft DMR documents, including draft solicitations, will also be available at the address from time-to-time. In the future, these documents will also be available at http://raven/spawar/navy/mil. We are also encouraging industry input to the specification with a series of questions we are asking prospective offerors to answer.
