The Data Transfer Receptacle represents a part of the Data Transfer System for the AH-64 and OH-58D aircraft. It is expected that this action will be a new work modification to contract DAAB07-95-D-B764. A non-competitive negotiation is proposed with Rockwell International Corporation, Collins Avionics & Communications Division, Cedar Rapids, IA, because this procurement is confined to the contractor's part number referred to and must be compatible in form, fit and function with existing equipment. Detailed technical data for the manufacture and acceptance for this item is not available from the Army.
