This is a pre-solicitation notice: Work to be performed consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, supplies, labor and transportation for Fence Repairs/Maintenance at Pine Bluff Arsenal. Contractor will be responsible for providing fuel, power and water, except where available, utilities will be provided at no charge to the contractor (electric, water and sewer). Contractor must perform all work in strict accordance with Pine Bluff Arsenal Specification SIOPB-PWE-1996-07 dtd 05 Aug 96 and drawings listed therein. This is a firm fixed price requirements type contract with a base and four option years. Location of work is Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR. Delivery will be specified in each delivery order. The magnitude for this project is between one and five million dollars based on the best estimated quantity for the base and four option years combined.
