Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and administration for propagation and planting of trees and shrubs for wildlife habitat on McNary and Lower Monumental Projects in southeastern Washington. Activities will include, but are not limited to, field cultivation, propagation and/or providing tree and shrub plant materials, irrigation application and minor maintenance, weed control, and polypropylene fabric mulch installation. Contract will run from date of award to 30 September 1999. It is the Government's intent to issue a firm fixed price contract for this requirement.
