The Naval Command, Control and Ocean Surveillance Center Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation Division (NRaD) intends to negotiate a firm fixed price, sole source contract with Stanford Telecommunications, Inc. of Sunnyvale, CA for the following commercial off-the-shelf items: * Model 7200-24 GPS Satellite Simulator (12 L1 & L2 Channels) * SA/AS Capability Option * 8 Model 7200 Source Code License * Model 7200 Firmware Source Code License * 10 Hours Software Support. The above items will be an upgrade to an existing NRaD GPS Tester (GPST) system. The NRaD GPST system consists of a Stanford Telecommunication 5 Channel Satellite Simulator and a Computing Applications Software Technology (CAST) computer system.
