Air National Guard Base, Quonset State Airport, North Kingstown, RI. Contractor is required to provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, permits and associated fees to completely alter and renovate approximately 2000 square feet of existing office space in accordance with contract plans and specs. Project site is located in an administrative building and major work involved includes interior demolition of walls, suspended ceiling system, asbestos core doors, carpeting, floor tile, plumbing, electrical and misc. Telephone and computer network wiring and some demolition of exterior brick masonry wall and entrance way; alteration to existing standby/commercial power transfer and distribution system; relocation of existing hot water heater; installation of computer and telephone system support components in existing computer utilities room; provision and installation of new walls, carpeting, floor tile, integrated suspended acoustical ceiling system, door, plumbing, lighting, electrical, cabinet work and sinks and computer/LAN/TELE/CCTV/PA system appurtenances. Estimated cost of construction is between $25,000.00 and 100,000.00 with a performance period of 120 calendar days.
