New work includes concrete slab, synthetic athletic flooring, game line inserts, metal structural members, insulated metal roofing, fiberglass skylight panels, metal doors and frames, gutters, downspouts, finish hardware, interior and exterior painting, metal louvers, metal siding, exhaust fans, electrical lighting, electrical wiring and conduit. All work shall be completed within 180 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is issued under and the resulting contract awarded under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-656).
