LAND RENTAL The United States Penitentiary, Terre Haute, IN, is seeking a qualified Contractor/Farmer to cash rent and farm approximately 400 acres of land adjacent to the facility for the 1998 growing season. The contractor will be responsible to furnish all labor, materials and equipment to plant, fertilize, cultivate and harvest crops. The contract is anticipated to have single 12 month base year and four (4) one year option periods. The anticipated issued date of this solicitation is May 8, 1997; closing June 3, 1997.
