15 -- CHEMICAL DETECTION PAYLOAD INTEGRATION AND DEMO POC Contact, Gwen Weaver, Phone (703)604-0903 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a contract with Teledyne Ryan Aeronautical (TRA) for the supplies and services necessary to integrate, test, and demonstrate a modified sensor payload in the Medium Range Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (MR UAV). TRA is the sole designer, developer and supplier of the MR UAV, and as such, is the only source with the technical expertise and required data to meet the Government's need.
