The renovation to be approximately 10,000 SF. This project will provide for the renovation of Base Cold Storage/Troop Subsistence Warehouse, to house a central preparation kitchen and bakery for serving base dining halls. The facility will provide for the central preparation of foods to be cooked and served at the various dining halls serving Sheppard Air Force Base. The facility construction will be concrete foundation and floor slab, structural frame and all support utilities. Relocation of existing utilities will be required. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. An advance non-refundable fee of $37 (reduced size) and $81 (full size) is required for each set of specifications.
