Services will be required on an as needed basis, and include fingerprint development using established U.S. Secret Service protocal, and the comparison and identification of latent prints. There is a minimum requirement of at least ten (10) years experience, and shall be able to pass a full top secret clearance. This order will be under the small acquisition procedure and will be based on a fixed labor hour rate.
