Phillips, Contracting Officer (205) 933-4492 The DVAMC, Tuscaloosa, AL., Requires the services of an A/E for Design Services for project 679-97-105 CFC Refrigerant. Services required: Prepare design documents, specifications and drawings, to install one new 750 Ton Chiller in the existing chiller plant, Building 138. Design to provide additional chilled water to Building 135. Work to be in accordance with VA HVAC design criteria and other applicable standards. All drawings to be in AutoCad Release 13 and turned over to the Department of Veterans Affairs on 3 -- 1/2 " high density disk. Design submissions and final documents will be in accordance with VA Handbook H-08-15, Volume C, "Minimum Requirements for A/E Submissions". The estimated construction cost for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The area of consideration is restructed to within a 200- mile radius of DVAMC Tuscaloosa, Al.
