400G, has a requirement for Data Management and Technical Services to
support the requirements of U.S. and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) DDG
engineering and development, production, test and evaluation, and ship
integrated programs. This procurement is limited to qualified 8(a)
participants (SIC code 7376, size standard $18 million). Offerors
should possess major weapons systems related Data Management experience
on efforts of similar size and scope. Offerors will perform data
management functions, including the following: (1) develop AEGIS Combat
Systems management operating procedures necessary to implement data
management functions and practices for AEGIS program requirements, (2)
coordinate with PMS 400 representatives to develop, prepare, and
process AEGIS Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs), (3) coordinate
and track requests for CDRL changes, (4) verify timeliness of
contractor CDRL submissions, and (5) review all CDRL packages for FMS
contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness in accordance with DoD
policy. Businesses should have offices in the Crystal City, VA area or
be willing to establish local facilities. The total requirement is for
approximately 176,800 man-hours consisting of a base year of 35,360
man-hours plus four option years as follows: Option 1: 35,360
man-hours; Option 2: 35,360; Option 3: 35,360 man-hours; and Option 4:
35,360 man-hours. Details are contained in Solicitation

package, which includes related files, (e.g. RFP and CDRLs) listed
under the solicitation number, can be downloaded directly to your
workstation. In addition, offerors are hereby notified that any written
requests submitted for copies of the solicitation will not be acted
upon. Offerors are required to obtain copies of the solicitation in the
manner detailed above. Also, copies of the potential bidders list will
be available only on the NAVSEA CONTRACTS WEB page and in the NAVSEA
Industry Liaison Office approximately 10 days after the posting of the
