The contract will involve approximately 30 cubic yards of reinforced concrete. The collection system primary involves an approximate 355 feet in length by 2 feet in width reinforced concrete catch structure complete with two aluminum weirs (one aluminum box weir and one installed in the side wall of the collection system), and 4 inch galvanize steel outflow pipe discharging to an existing drop structure. Pipe is approximately 12 feet in length. The collection system is designed to collect water seepage that is seeping from a rock slope located immediately down stream from New Waddell Dam. The Contractor shall construct a small reinforced concrete wall/dam to form a retention basin on the side of the rock slop. A 3 inch galvanized pipe shall be installed to deliver water from the retention basin to the collection system (approx.20 linear feet).
