Scope of Work: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the interior renovation project, which includes: Demolition, concrete stair and ramp, misc. steel fabrications, interior and exterior doors, security grill, exterior coiling dock door, ceramic tile and standard office interior finishes, suspended acoustical ceiling systems, metal stud walls, gypsum board partitions, rough carpentry, plastic laminate, toilet and bathroom accessories, fire extinguishers and cabinets, USPS casework and cabinetry, post office boxes and lockers, HVAC distribution systems, electrical distribution, fire sprinklers and fire alarm devices, and exterior parking lot resurfacing. This acquisition is being procured under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, and is set-aside for small business. The estimated construction cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Pre-solicitation Notice will be issued o/a 4/18/97. The Solicitation Issue Date will be o/a 5/12/97. The date of Receipt of Proposals will be 6/11/97. The dates for the Site Visit and/or Pre-Proposal Conference will be announced in the Solicitation when issued.
