U -- NONPERSONAL SERVICE TO PROVIDE FLIGHT TRAINING SERVICES USING TURBOPROP OR HIGH PERFORMANCE PISTON ENGINE AIRCRAFT AT TYNDALL AFB, FL. SOL n/a POC Ms. Dale.Peaden, (904)283-8635, fax (904)283-3963 The purpose of this synopsis is to develop or identify sources for a potential nonpersonal service contract that provides flight training services using turboprop or high performance piston engine aircraft at Tyndall AFB, FL. Training to be provided includes ground-controlled interceptor target services and flight test support. The contractor shall be required to provide approximately 4300 flight training hours annually. The aircraft must possess specialized military communications equipment and some of the aircraft must be equipped to carry government furnished telemetry relay equipment. The aircraft must be flown by crews with specialized training and qualifications. It is anticipated the contract will be for a base year with four (4) twelve-month options.
