Work to be performed at Contractor's facility in the Ingleside, Texas, area. Solicitation will be issued on or around 27 May 97. Sources who currently hold an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) prior to award, may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Firms which do not possess an ABR are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an assessment of its ABR application and to execute the ABR without impacting the vessel's availability dates.
