MOXHAM (703) 806-4423 (Site Code DADW35) Directorate of Contracting, Ft Belvoir, VA. will enter into a sole source contract with DATAFOCUS INC 12450 FAIRLAKES CIRCLE, SUITE 400, FAIRFAX VA 22033-3821, phone 703-803-3343 for the procurement of CLIN 0001, 1100 each, 1-4 user licences for CS ADS 6.3 RUN-TIME MS-DOS (v.2) and CLIN 0002, 50 each, 5-8 user licences for CS ADS 6.3 RUN-TIME MS-DOS (v.5). This contract will include two options CLIN 0003 and 0004 for yearly maintenance and support of a total of 1400 licences (1350 v.2 and 50 v.5). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplimented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The clauses at 52.212-1,2,3,4, and 5 apply. Evaluation will be based on price and availability. No addenda apply. FOB Destination Ft Belvoir, 7 days after contract award. DATAFOCUS is the proprietary owner of this software which will be used to port existing Standard Army Maintenance System SAMS 1 and 2 software to a PC based system.
