Delivery will be FOB Destination to New Cumberland, PA for the first ordering period and FOB Origin for the subsequent ordering periods. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 25 each 423 DACA and 50 each per month thereafter, first article test report due 278 DACA. Required delivery without first article test is 25 each 325 DACA and 50 each month thereafter until completion. This procurement requires prequalification. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
