Curtis (Site Code W31XNJ) A substation is to be constructed on a new site adjoining the existing unit sub 19. The substation will feed new and existing circuits at 12.47kv after conversion of circuits and associated equipment to the new voltage level. The substation will be directly connected to the Central chiller Plant. Circuits now feeding the area will be reworked as back-up feeders. The new substation will operate to convert the 46kv grounded wye sub- transmission voltage for distribution at 12470GrdY7200 volts. Existing distribution circuits feeding the area from existing unit substations shall be reconfigured and reconnected. This solicitation includes bid options which may not be awarded. Critical path method (Network Analysis System) is not required. For this job, a small business is defined at having average annual receipts of less than $17,000,000 for the past three years.
