All sites within the preferred area will be considered; however, sites offered within the following boundaries will receive priority consideration: within the limits of the village of Altmar on State Route 13, County Route 22, Pulaski St. or Mill St. Space requirements are approximately 2,593 net interior sq. ft; and 20,466 sq. ft. of driveway, parking and maneuvering area and 41,356 total developable site (less setbacks). The lease term is for a base of twenty years with four five-year renewal options. Proposals will be received through May 9, 1997 and must be submitted by principals only on specified forms and in accordance with the official advertisement for space.
