The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment Washington intends to award a sole source contract to NCR Corporation, 2 Choke Cherry Road, Rockville, MD 20850. This proposed contract is to provide for equipment and support requirements for the ATMs-at-Sea/Commercial Banking Afloat program, including hardware, software, installation, maintenance and training, on behalf of the Naval Supply Systems Command. The contractor will be required to provide support on a worldwide basis. The period of performance includes a base year, plus four one-year options, as well as an option to extend services for an additional six months. A Justification and Approval permitting other than full and open competition is currently being prepared. The existing ATM systems, consisting of hardware as well as software, are proprietary to NCR. In addition, ATM systems to be procured under this contract must be compatible with these existing systems. This is NOT a request for a proposal. SEE Note 22. (0104)
