Principle components of the work are as follows: install 28 miles of barb wire fence, 2 miles of mesh fence, 0.3 miles of cross buck fence, 14 cattle guards, 19 swing gates, 3 walk-through gates; remove 8 miles of existing fence and 9 cattle guards. A site visit will be conducted at the job site on May 15, 1997, beginning at 11:00 a.m. local time. Solicitations will be available after April 24, 1997.
