The Air Force desires to acquire, in support of the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), the maintenance and repair of refrigeration and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in DeCA's Midwest Region. Eleven (11) commissaries are located in North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Kansas in Group I and New Mexico and Texas in Group III. The period of performance will commence 1 August 1997, or date of award through one year thereafter with three priced one year option years to extend for a total performance period not to exceed 48 months.
