Award is to be made on a firm fixed price basis (Base Price +/- Special Factor) for an indefinite quantity type contract. Contracts will be awarded on an all-or-none basis per group using three geographical groupings of stores. The groups have been set-up as follows: Group I -- Alameda NAS, Beale AFB, Dugway Proving Ground, Fallon NAS, Hamilton Housing, Hill AFB, LeMoore NAS, McClellan AFB, Moffett Field, Presidio of Monterey Annex, Presidio of San Fransisco, Stockton NCS, and Travis AFB (1,605,068 estimated pounds); Group II -- Barstow MCLB, China Lake NAWS, Davis-Monthan AFB, Edwards AFB, Fort Huachuca, Fort Irwin, Luke AFB, Yuma MCAS, March AFB, Nellis AFB, and Twentynine Palms (1,504,502 estimated pounds); Group III -- Camp Pendleton MCB, San Onofre, Imperial Beach, Los Angeles AFB, Long Beach NS, Miramar NAS, San Diego NS, Port Hueneme, Vandenberg AFB, and El Toro MCAS (2,637,076 estimated pounds). The anticipated contract period is September 1, 1997 through August 30, 1998 with two one-year option periods.
