In order that potential sources may offer comments on the recompetition for Institutional Services for MSFC; a DRAFT solicitation will be published on the Intenet approximately April 17, 1997. This performance based cost plus incentive fee contract consists of providing Institutional Services consisting of transportation and special equipment services; documentation respository services; graphics, publication and scientific and technical publishing services; supply and equipment maintenance services; equipment maintenance and repair services; and operations support services. This procurement will be issued on a Full and Open Competition basis with a 49 percent Small Disadvantaged Business goal. The SIC Code is 8744. The period of performance will include a 1-year base period with four 1-year priced option periods. The anticipated award date is October 1, 1997.
