The maintenance work to be performed shall include grading and shaping the road travelway and shoulders; cleaning and shaping the drainage ditches and any existing grade dips; cleaning out catch basins, inverts, interior and outlets of culverts; removal of trees, limbs, brush and obstructions; and the cleaning and shaping of lead-off ditches.
