702-652-9337; TSgt Grigsby Work consists of providing all labor,
equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and all other
items necessary to perform rework on government supplied Cla-Val
control valves. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing
complete and usable control values upon the completion of work.
Controls values shall be shipped through government channels to the
contractor for performance of work at the contractor's work site. The
contractor shall sandblast the control values body/cover, install new
Diaphragm, pilots, tubing, fitting's, fuel test control value and
adjust as necessary. Clay values shall be electroless nickel plated.
Trim one (1) back pressure control value 6", Serial No. 51AF-2C-1.
Government provided value body. Trim four (4) pump control values 6",
Serial No. 40-30 AGS. Government provided value body. Trim four (4)
filter separator control values 6", Serial No. 40-28 AGS. Government
provided value body. Contractor shall provide and trim four (4) high
level control values 6", Serial No. 413-01G. Trim four (4) high level
control values 4", Serial No. 413-01G. Government provided value body.
Contractor shall provide four (4) orifice plate assembly for 6" pump
control value. Contractor shall provide four (4) orifice plate assembly
for 6" filter separator control value. The contractor shall provide a
representative that shall perform on site operational testing of
valves, during value installation, which will be performed by the
government. Operational testing will require two working days. The
government technical representative will notify the contractor as soon
as values are received via shipping, to coordinate the above
requirements. The contractor shall provide warranties on new equipment.
Special care shall be exercised by the contractor not to disturb or
damage government supplied control valves. The contractor shall
accomplish all work according to county, state, and federal standards,
codes, and laws. With submission of an offer, the contractor shall
provide descriptive literature (e.g., catalog cuts, manufacturer's
specification literature, etc.) of the major elements proposed to
accomplish the work. Determination of technical qualifications will be
determined by base Civil Engineers. Such items shall include, but not
necessarily be limited to the work specified above and a proposed
warranty document. Upon award, such submittals will be incorporated by
reference in the award document and have the same force and effect as
