All existing finishes at floors, walls, and ceilings are to be removed to structural underlayment and replaced with new materials and finishes. All plumbing fixtures, toilet accessories, toilet partitions, light fixtures, doors, and exhaust fans are to be removed and replaced with new. The work will also include the installation of a new sewer line between two restrooms and abandonment of the existing sewer line servicing these restrooms. This work will involve trenching across an existing couryard and through a portion of the existing building which will be restored. Work to be accomplished at Bldg. 100, Defense Distribution Region West, Tracy Facility, Tracy, CA. Period of Performance is 180 days from Notice to Proceed. Estimated project size is between $250,000 and $500,000. Standard Industrial Code is 1542 for whichthe small business size standard is $17 million.
