Contractor will provide necessary supplies, equipment, services, and labor to construct a USPS owned facility of approximately 44,079 sq. ft. including building and enclosed vehicle garage on a 5.68 acre USPS owned site located on Baxter Lane. Contractor will use plans and specifications providing site clearing, earthwork, concrete and masonry, structural steel, rough carpentry, casework, exterior insulation finish system, single ply roofing, metal roofing, sheet metal, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum entrances and storefronts, hardware, glazing, interior finishes, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, lighting, electronic surveillance equipment. The estimated construction cost range is $3,500,000 to $4,000,000. The performance period is 210 calendar days from date of issuance of notice to proceed.
