Mammoth Cave National Park is soliciting bids from qualified professionals to provide medical health care to approximately 214 students enrolled at Great Onyx Job Corps Conservation Center, Mammoth Cave, Edmonson County, Kentucky. Medical care is to include the following: complete physical exams, including oral inspection; emergency medical care; first aid and daily sick call or appointments for assessment of illnesses and injuries; and initial medical history and immunizations to all students.
