The Government intends to negotiate a sole source contract award with Phytotech, Inc., to perform a pilot scale test to remove radiological contamination by phytoremediation. No solicitation will be issued. The contractor must be able to remove appreciable quantities of contaminants from the soil in both laboratory and field conditions, and have the capability to work with licensed radiological materials, such as natural uranium and depleted uranium, that exist at this site. Any questions or proposals indicating qualification must be in writing and mailed to the address above. If no responses are received by April 18, 1997, award will be made to Phytotech, Inc. (0093)
