(202) 366-9565 The primary objective of this procurement is to conduct
field test to determine the accuracy of commercially-available on-site
drug detection devices when used by trained police officers in real
world settings. In addition to on-site device performance, data will
also be collected using standardized Drug Evaluation and Classification
(DEC) procedures on suspects stopped for impaired driving. Finally,
laboratory gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) confirmations
of the on-site results will also be completed against which the on-site
results will be evaluated. It is contemplated that an Cost Reimbursable
Contract will be awarded. The proposed contract will be awarded for a
period of two (2) years. The solicitation will be mailed to those
