Notice is hereby given that Research Announcement RA97-21 issued by the Defense Research Projects Agency is hereby modified as follows: In Attachment 1 to Program Solicitation, INSTRUCTIONS TO CONTRACTORS, QUANTITATIVE IMPACT ANALYSIS, Section II. TERMS, the item designated "current year dollars" is modified FROM: Dollar amounts for a certain year which are expressed in the dollars of that year. In other words, dollar values which have not been adjusted for inflation relative to some base year. All cost and saving reporting is to be done in current year dollars.TO: Dollar amounts for a certain year which are expressed in the dollars of that year.
