Work consists of removing existing and providing new interior finishes, doors, door frames, windows, walls, air conditioning units, electrical items and other incidental work as shown on the drawings and as specified. New work also includes new exterior stairs. The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all materials required by the drawings and specifications and to perform other work items which may be required or associated with this type of work. The estimated issue date is 21 Apr 97. A non-refundable fee of $50.00 will be charged for each bid package requested by a bidder. Such fees shall be in the form of a check or postal money order payable to the U.S. Treasury and mailed to Directorate of Contracting, ATTN: Contract Support Division, PO Box 33189, Fort Sill, OK 73503-0189.
