Construct an approximately 8,000 square foot addition and alteration of approximately 2,000 square feet of space to existing flight simulator building. Sitework includes paving, walks, curbs and gutters, utilities and landscaping and irrigation system. Plans and specs available on or about 16 Apr 97 at no charge per set. No individual sheets are available. Documents will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted. No phone requests accepted.
