The work includes the following: Selective interior demolition and renovation, construction of a new 6,500 SF concrete addition, site utilities modifications and upgrades. Work to existing concrete building will include concrete cutting and coring, interior finishes, electrical and mechanical upgrades fire sprinkler installation, handicap restroom construction and kitchen renovation. New addition will involve site preparation (including waterfront/bulkhead work), elevator installation, concrete and interior finish work. Option 1 is for the renovation of an existing 3,600 SF kitchen and two restrooms. Option 2 is for the construction of a 1,999 SF Electronics Shop in existing station Building. Estimated price range is $1,000,000 -- $5,000,000. Duration of contract is approximately 18 months.
