THIS SOLICITATION IS FOR PRE-QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS ONLY and should read as follows: The contractor will furnish necessary supplies, equipment, services and labor to satisfactorily construct a USPS-owned facility of approximately 29,100 square feet of floor area on a 4.0 acre site owned by the Postal Service and located on Riverside Drive just west of River Road using plans and specifications providing site clearing, earthwork, concrete and natural stone masonry, structural steel, rough carpentry, casework, exterior insulation finish system, single ply roofing, roof accessories, sheet metal, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum entrances and storefronts, hardware, glazing, interior finishes, plumbing, fire protection, HAVC, electrical systems, lighting, electronic surveillance equipment, and communication alarm signal systems. Contractor shall be responsible for bringing all utilities to the site and connections to the building. Construction performance period is 250 calendar days from date of issuance of notice to proceed. The cost range of this facilitly is $3,000,000 to $3,300,000.
