The work consists of but is not limited to mat foundation construction, foundation drain & temporary storm outlets, back-fill to top of mat, maintain existing temporary erosion/drainage control, maintain existing site fence/gates, provide settlement monitoring of adjacent structures, provide testing & inspection services, & maintain existing stabilized construction entrances. The revised estimated construction cost is between $1 million & $5 million. The pre-proposal conference will be held at 11:00 a.m. on April 15, 1997, in the 31st Floor Auditorium, A. J. Celebrezze Federal Building, 1240 East 9th Street, Cleveland, Ohio. Offeror's participation is encouraged although attendance is not mandatory. The conference will provide an opportunity for discussion of the nature of the work and problems that may be encountered, as well as to answer questions concerning contract provisions and requirements including drawings and specifications.
