R -- LIBRARY SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES SOL 52-DGNE-7-90056 DUE 052397 POC Eleanor Kaul 301-713-0823 x142 or by fax at 301-713-0806 The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement for serial subscription services for scientific journals and other periodicals in printed, CD-ROM, & electronic format in support of approximately 18 NOAA libraries nationwide and potentially others for approximately 2,155 different titles (journals). The contract will be for a base year plus four (4) additional one-year option periods. The Contractor shall provide support for the ordering of subscriptions over the life of the contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring delivery of all subscriptions to the correct locations within the publisher's agreed-to time frames in accordance with commercial practices. The Contractor shall provide administrative services for each subscription placed until three (3) months after its expiration, or receipt of the last issue received by the library(ies), whichever is later.
