C -- ARCHITECT ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR AN IDIQ ARCHITECTURAL CONTRACT SOL F04684-97-R0029 POC Adam White, Constract Specialist,, (805)734-8232 EXT 68346, Charles H. Painter, Contracting Officer, EXT6- 5002 Architect Engineering services are required for design of construction projects, and supporting services at Vandenberg, CA. Open-end A-E contracts will be issued for a one year period(basic year) with two one year options if the Government chooses to extend the contract. Individual delivery orders issued under this contract will not exceed $299,000.00 with the exception of the initital delivery order which may exceed this limitation. The total fees for the basic year will not exceed $500,000.00. The total fee for the basic and options year combined will not exceed 1,500,000.00. A minimum guarantee of $5,000 in fee will be issued under the contract. Delivery orders will be issued as needed throughtout the contract period. Design services are required for the renovation, repair and maintenance of residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. Design services include sketches, presentation, drawings, the preparation of construction drawings in Autocad and specification in CSI format. Investigative services may include studies, reports analyses, surveys and cost estimates. Selection Criterial a. Overall experience and quality of work (last 5 years) in terms of (1) design excellence; (2) Breadth & diversity of projects; (3) Environmetal considerations including mitigation of hazardous materials. b. Qualifications, training, and experience of designated key personnel to be used on the contract for the primary firm and consultants. c. Past customer satisfaction d. Management adequacy for subject contract (1) Capacity to accomplish delivery orders (2) Prior work with proposed consultants (3) Timeliness ability to meet deadlines (4) Cost management ability e. Specific experience California central coast. f. Previous experience with federal, state, or local government projects. g.
