Villaluz, (718)-579-1647 Provide Architect/Engineer services to develop construction drawings and specifications required to expand and renovate the public restrooms in the 1B area on the first floor of the main hospital building at the VA Medical Center, 130 W. Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY 10468. The A/E shall develop a schematic layout for VA approval, design durable and aesthetically pleasing fixtures and accessories, and develop final construction drawings and specifications. The A/E shall review submittals during construction and provide site visits as required. Sic Code assigned is 8712. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated to be awarded. Award is subject to the availability of funds. All interested parties are invited to submit qualifications to the Contracting Officer in the form of SF's 254/255. Please ensure that all required information is submitted and accurate. Firms should include all relevant information regarding past projects designed which are similar in this project. All responses are to be received by the Contracting Officer no later that 4:00 pm on 4/16/97. This is not a request for proposal.
