Existing contract DAAB07-93-D-U012 with Booz-Allen and Hamilton, McLean, VA will be modified to extend the period of performance for High Technology Research and Development Support Services in the areas of Electronic Warfare and Night Vision and Electronic Sensors (NVES). Efforts including system engineering, application, technology insertion and integration will enable the Night Vision and Electronics Sensors Directorate to fulfill its mission of exploring new high technological concepts as they relate to NVES programs. The contract extension will be on an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Time-and-Materials basis for a period of four months, with an option to extend for three additional two-month periods. This modification will be negotiated on a sole source basis pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(2)(iii).
