TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES FOR PROGRAM EVALUATION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION TO SUPPORT HUD'S OFFICE OF MULTIFAMILY HOUSING. The Department is seeking a Contractor to provide briefings, technical assistance or other support services that include but are not limited to: (1) policy review and design, (2) budget formulation support;(3)information resource management; (4) financial management; (5) customer service; and (6) risk analysis. The overall objective is to provide analyses that will assist in the evaluation and improvement of policies and procedures to respond to changes in legislation and the multifamily housing industry. One or more indefinite quantity contracts may be awarded as a result of this solicitation with a performance period of sixty (60) months each. The solicitation will be available on or about April 21, 1997.
