The Naval Command, Control and Ocean Surveillance Center Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation Division (NRaD) San Diego intends to procure services for MODELS AND SIMULATIONS SYSTEM DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TECHNICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES. A cost plus fixed fee, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract is anticipated. This procurement is setaside 100% for small business concerns. The applicable SIC code is 7373. The services will be performed for NRaD San Diego. Contractor must have, or be able to possess, a security clearance at the SECRET level. The services will consist of a two year base period and 3 one year option periods. The estimated level of effort (inclusive of options) is 111,500 hours.
