is seeking proposals to lease facility to be constructed, existing
space or space to be modified in the city of Albany, NY 12204. All
sites within the preferred area will be considered; however, those
sites within the following area will receive priority consideration:
North on Broadway to the 787 interchange; South on Broadway to North
3rd St.; East to the Hudson River and West to the west side of
Broadway. Space requirements are (approximately): Net Interior 1,042
sq. ft; Driveway, Parking & Maneuvering Area 12,210 sq. ft; total
developable site (less setbacks) 26,598 sq. ft. Lease Term is for a 20
year base with four five-year renewal options. Proposals will be
received in this office through May 9, 1997, and must be submitted by
principals only on specified forms and in accordance with official
advertisement for space. Plans and specs may be purchased by sending a
cashier's check or money order, made payable to "Disbursing Officer,
