A non-competitive negotiation is proposed with Hughes Aircraft Company to provide technical and engineering support services for FIREFINDER Foreign Military Sales Program for design and implementation of system modification and customer unique hardware and software requirements. This will also include fielding FIREFINDER modifications derived from U.S. Army changes and FMS customer unique requirements. This proposed requirement is to be procured from Hughes Aircraft, on a Sole Source basis. The Government provides this information without assuring responsibility for its accuracy or for any conclusions or interpretations which may be drawn from this data.
