The purpose of the TO Program is to obtain technical writing from raw engineering, illustrating, research data (ensuring accuracy, adequacy, compatibility and suitability for Air Force use to maintain technical integrity), analysis of modification data, evaluation of AFMC Forms 252, "Publication Change Request" requirements, evaluation of data necessary to develop new, changed, and/or revised Technical Orders or TO supplements to support the TF33 and JT3D engine systems. The supplies and services shall also incluide status and schedules, conference attendance, and cost analysis determination. This data shall address all configurations of the TF33 and JT3D engines, parts, and components. Completed work is delivered in the form of direct image reproducibles, magnetic medium and photolithographic negatives, and supporting documentation. Deliveries are to Tinker AFB OK.
